The HAVER DMS is part of the group of peripheral devices for our HAVER CPA particle size analysers. It offers the possibility to make two cut points, therefore cutting the feed material into three fractions. The two screen sections can be customised to your specifications. Re-screening can also be performed using the re-screening service at HAVER & BOECKER.

In order to achieve finest cut points and to make the self-cleaning of the screen sections possible, rubber balls as well as special ultrasonic modules can be supplied with the DMS.

The electromagnetic drive of the HAVER DMS generates a linear vibrating movement and is infinitely variable. The vibrating bearing of the moving parts provides for smooth running of the screening machine.

In combination with a HAVER CPA particle size analyser, the HAVER DMS is used to cut the finest fraction out of a sample, resulting in a dramatic decrease in measuring time for the CPA.

The screen undersize is then ready for further analysis and can be weighed and added to the CPA sieve results by the HAVER CPA software.

Thanks to modular construction the HAVER DMS can be integrated with the complete online-compliant HAVER CPA units. Additionally, we suggest the pre-dosing by HAVER EMZ for an optimal utilisation of the classification area.
