We weave using wires as thick as 16 mm (0.63") diameter down to those of only 0.016 mm (16 microns) diameter.

Stainless steel: chromium steel, nickel chromium steel, nickel chromium molybdenum steel, heat resisting steel.

Non-ferrous-metals: aluminium, nickel, MONEL-metal, phosphor bronze, brass, copper.

Special materials: titanium, hastelloy, silver and many others.

Plastics: polyethylene, polyester, polyamide, polypropylene.

Woven Wire Cloth "as woven" is manufactured according to ISO 9044 and corresponds to the user’s demands. In some cases it may be necessary to make specific arrangements to satisfy our customers’ requirements.

State-of-the-art machinery and a team of qualified experts manufacture wire cloth and wire cloth products suitable for all applications.

Standard rolls, roll sections, cut-to-size pieces, strips, discs, fabricated parts, filter candles, -discs, -cones, -plates, aeration pads, round sieves, air conveying troughs, extruder screens, test sieves and many others are produced using the following processes:

cutting, cutting into lengths, stretching, calendaring, heat-treating, sintering, cleaning, welding, soldering, pleating, punching, stamping, compressing, forming, lacquering, coating and many others.
